Upon investigation of uncharted martian areas a hidden stash of mass-destruction weapons was stumbled upon. All the warfare seemingly in excelent operational state (Some believe this cache was hidden in the First Martian War). But in time UN leadership could not decide what should be done - all the country leaders, acting separately have stolen almost all missiles from this plentiful stash. Experts do expect them to be used in very short time.
